Key activities
Among the ENA marketing team the trainee is going to focus on key activities:
- Full funnel campaigns (brand content assets)
- Coordination with the Guest Experience to be relevant to a consistent guest journey in the hotels (brand programs)
- Creation of communication presentation internal and externe tools (brandbooks newsletters intranet)
Key missions
- Support in content creation and operational assets
- The apprentice could assist with the creation of branded content particularly for Mercure with the roll out of the brand program Bons&Vivants in Mercure France (260 hotels). He/she can support brand content managers and coordinate with agencies. For Novotel the new brand platform will be launched by the end of 2025 influencing brand content and actions for 2026.
- The apprentice could also lead the creation of operational assets based on the needs of the Global team and hotels. They could also help coordinate print platforms for both brands.
- Support for internal communication
- The apprentice could manage and update the intranet to ensure that it remains a valuable resource for the hotels.
- The apprentice could also contribute to the internal newsletter (Accelerator) by creating content and enriching the communication efforts.
- The apprentice could assist with the production of brand presentations (AFA internal presentations etc.).
Qualifications :
School Background
- Student in Master 2 Business School
- Communication Advertising & Marketing
- French & English languages
