Working within the Relay Supply and Performance (RSP) team within Amazon EU Surface Transportation this role specifically sits within our Carrier Community Impact (CCI) team whose mission is to uphold and improve the impact of our Line-Haul operations in local communities across the EU where we advocate for a positive end-to end standards of safety and experience for EU communities surrounding the 120 Fulfilment Centres/Sort Centres and 300 Delivery Stations we operate in.
You will help lead and develop the execution and design of our strategy to improve community sentiment towards Amazon within the EU. You will work cross-functionally to determine root causes and manage the escalations coming from low community sentiment. You will link stakeholders across operations and corporate to deliver timely resolutions to our action plans. You will be passionate about the impact Amazon has within the communities we operate in hold a high bar for resolving issues so they stay fixed and you are comfortable escalating as needed to deliver continual improvement and eliminate defects in our processes that negatively impact our community.
Within the role you will continually review and improve existing content to deliver improvements against key business metrics. Comfortable with data you will define and track against success metrics ensure efficient workflows and prioritisation and provide actionable insights to the business.

Key job responsibilities
- Investigate the root causes of community concerns in your region and create/manage action plans to resolve top pain points.
- Coordinate across multiple partner teams and business lines to influence durable fixes to community-impacting issues.
- Engages with performance and analytics teams to develop and understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
- Create short- and long-term innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in the organisation.
- Owns tracks or escalates issues to ensure that they are addressed and documented.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert supporting teams and contributing to reliable and trustful partnership with internal Stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and proposals in a clear and compelling way verbally and in written.
- Drive adoption of community excellence programs among our operations teams.
- Support new operations site launches to mitigate community-impacting issues prior to opening day.

- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
