FP&A Team in Costa Rica is looking for a Finance Business Partner to manage FP&A functions ECS D2C functions for NA being an extension of the ECS Finance team in United States. This is a critical role with high exposure to Executives levels as the main partners are the CFO Senior Vice Presidents and Vice-Presidents additionally you will collaborate with finance teams across the North America region to improve and improve planning and reporting functions through standardization of common functions. You will report to the FP&A Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Support monthly quarterly and budget reporting and analysis for Regional North America ensuring accurate financial insights.
- Month-End Close & MMC Leadership: Lead month-end close forecast and budget processes for ECS D2C Costs collaborating with finance teams to ensure completion.
- Executive Communication: Facilitate meetings and discussions with senior executives (CFO SVP VPs) to explain financials and lead informed decision-making.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting & Analysis: Create ad-hoc analysis reports to explore multiple scenarios and identify opportunities for ECS D2C functions and teams.
- Continuous Improvement Projects: Promote standardization process efficiencies and system automation while collaborating with finance and technical teams to enhance data quality and forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance Economics Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA as an ideal.
- Professional Experience: Over 7 years of progressive finance experience including month-end processes reporting GL and budget management.
- Business Partnering Skills: Ability to support finance professionals with a focus on customer service and responsiveness.
- Analytical Proficiency: Experience in financial reporting account reconciliation and P&L analysis.
- Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams: Ability working with all organizational levels including senior leaders.
- Technical Competence: Advanced English level and proficiency in Excel and familiar with financial systems and tools such as OBIEE Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView.
