Tasks:
For Purchasing Management Quality (PMQ) Mobility Solutions Purchasing Quality the following tasks need to be covered:
- Planning and execution of Preventive Quality and release activities for purchased parts for dedicated commodities worldwide
- Assuring the compliance with the Bosch quality requirements at the supplier and their sub-supplier during the product development process and for the release. Definition of measures in case of deviations
- Assuring that the assigned Projects and Commodities are qualified according to the existing processes and
guidelines and that the timing is met - Professional support for the team to solve technical versatile quality topics for the allocated commodities
- Project Status reporting for the designated projects. For critical Projects: Definition of measures to achieve the targets in alignment with the PMQ Project Coordinators
- Implementation of Lessons Learned activities to continuously improve the Preventive Quality and release
production processes. Coordination of those activities in alignment with other Bosch functions and locations. - Generate data and report those during Quality- or Escalation meetings worldwide (internal/external)
Qualifications :
- Experience in Quality Project Management Production or Development
- Experiences in variable material field e.g. Machining Stamping Plastic Molding Gear Box Assembly...
- Solid knowledge in automotive quality tools and problem solving methodologies
- High interpersonal skills ability to work in teams motivation and assertiveness
- Sound IT knowledge (MS Office and SAP)
- Willingness to travel (inside and outside the home country)
- Fluent English (oral and in writing)
