Runwise is looking for a Territory Customer Success Manager who is highly motivated results-oriented and focused on business growth opportunities. This is a pivotal role responsible for helping grow new markets and collaborating heavily with our sales team reporting to the Director of Customer Success.
Runwise () is a fast-paced customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating water cooling etc) in 7000 buildings throughout the US. Runwises unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today Runwises technology takes the equivalent of 100000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year.
As a Territory Customer Success Manager at Runwise you will have the opportunity to help grow Runwises footprint with the biggest building owners and property managers in the Chicagoland Area Washington D.C. Philadelphia Boston and the Great Lakes and Mid Atlantic regions. This candidate will partner with our Territory Account Executives to help map out and network into existing key accounts to drive upsells. Each customer and each building has unique needs. You will act as a trusted advisor helping customers effectively run their buildings systems (heating cooling water etc.) in an energy efficient way that makes tenants more comfortable and increases an accounts ROI. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with each customer with an eye on their short and long term goals with Runwise.

Salary including on target earnings: $110000-$130000 OTE (varied on experience/market rate)
