Position Overview
As a TMS Technician youll be on the front lines of patient careadministering TMS treatments (training provided) building meaningful connections with patients and supporting clinic operations. Youll work closely with providers and a collaborative clinical team that values respect integrity and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective TMS treatments in a supportive environment.
- Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
- Build positive relationships with patients making each visit a reassuring experience.
- Manage scheduling patient follow-ups and ensure accurate medical documentation (HIPAA compliant).
- Support daily clinic operations and communicate effectively with providers and team members.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by embodying NeuroStims core values in daily work.
What You Bring
- 2 years of healthcare or patient care experience (CNA Medical Assistant Patient Care Tech etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.
- Ability to balance clinical duties with administrative tasks.
- A team-player mindset with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
- Detail-oriented dependable and eager to grow within a supportive organization.
