Job Description
All Care Services LLC is hiring a full-time Morning Facility and Property Maintenance Technician in Kansas City KS. Pay: $18.75 per hour with an extra $3.00 per hour on weekends

ABOUT THIS MORNING FACILITY AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB
This full-time position has a consistent schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM five days on and two days off. Weekend shifts include a pay differential.
As a Morning Facility and Property Maintenance Technician youll operate specialized maintenance vehicles to systematically clean streets and parking areas transitioning seamlessly to on-foot tasks such as debris removal ground inspections and prompt resolution of safety concerns. Your diligent work ensures a secure and well-presented environment directly reflecting our commitment to excellence and the communitys overall quality of life.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and a great work ethic
Maintenance tech landscaping or other service-related experience is a major plus!
