WHATS IN IT FOR YOU
As a Morning Maintenance Technician youll earn $18.75/hour plus a $3.00/hour weekend differential. Youll also enjoy a full-time consistent schedule 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM five days on and two days off. Enjoy early evenings and a predictable routine.
All that you need for this property maintenance position is:
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and a great work ethic
Maintenance tech landscaping or other service-related experience is a major plus!

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR MORNING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
In this property maintenance role you will begin each day by operating our sweeper vehicles to methodically cleanse the streets and parking lots of Kansas City before peak hours. Transitioning seamlessly from vehicular operation to on-foot work you will collect debris proactively address potential hazards and maintain a secure environment with meticulous attention to detail. Your efforts ensure that the community is greeted each morning by a well-maintained safe and pristine setting reinforcing our commitment to excellence and public safety.
