Compensation: $50000 - $120000

What Youll Be Doing:
Welcoming customers and helping them find the right vehicle (without the pushy sales tactics)
Building relationships and staying in touch with customers before during and after the sale
Learning about our wide selection of vehicles financing options and current offers
Working with a supportive team to hit personal and group goals
Delivering the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back
What You Bring to the Table:
Great communication skills and a friendly approachable vibe
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn (we provide training)
A desire to grow personally and professionally
A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
What Youll Get:
Compensation & Perks
We offer a salary during our world-class 8-week training followed by base pay plus an excellent bonus and commission structure. To ensure peace of mind we include income guarantees if commissions fall short.Bonuses
Christmas Bonus: Earn throughout the year paid in December average payout: $1700
Vacation Bonus: Earn as you sell paid in July average payout: $1700
Company Car
Maintain a 15-sale monthly average for 90 days and drive a company car (Must be 25 and employed 12 months).Career Growth
