Community Based Counselor also known as Individual Support Counselor
*****$1000 SIGN ON BONUS*****
First $500 distributed after 30 days of active employment Second $500 distributed after 6 months of active employment!
The Individual Support Counselor works as part of a team to provide direct supports guidance education advocacy and supervision for individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities.
The Individual Support Counselor helps individuals live safely in the community maintain their physical and emotional health foster relationships with family and community to develop the skills necessary to increase the individuals independence. Interaction between staff and individuals will reflect an appreciation of each individuals uniqueness with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth.
The catchment area is Norwood/Walpole/Canton Area.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 3pm-7pm (20 hours)
Rate: $21.67/hour
