What You Will Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated technically talented individual to support our Columbus Forge Team as a Technical Team Member Delivery Assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Review build plan to ensure parts are on plan and identify hot/critical parts
• Track the flow of critical/hot parts through the manufacturing shop from the raw material phase through manufacturing quality shipping and delivery to the customer.
• Proactively work with the supplier to monitor all parts to support on-time deliveries to our customers
• Drive actions to mitigate potential delivery delays by identifying risks performing root cause analysis and developing recovery plans to bring shipments back in-line with customer requirements
• Create daily status reports and communicate actions and plans to all stakeholders throughout the day
• Monitor production operations and identify manufacturing process improvement opportunities
• Prepare presentations and participate in meetings
• Load and update monthly discrete delivery commits for assigned part family
• Evaluate vendor performance and communicate issues and anticipated risks
• Provide feedback to procurement related to vendor PO concerns to ensure vendors can process parts and delivery on time
• Partner with production control to ensure parts are allocated appropriately to meet start schedule

Qualifications You Must Have:

• 1 year experience in current position
• Familiarity with SAP/Solumina

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.
