Senior Logistics Training Specialist

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Logistics Training Specialist to support ourCamp Blanding Florida and Lakeland Florida location.

Duties:

• Prepare training materials required to support the pre-demonstration or pre-task training and the documents used by operators of the demonstration item or system.
• Develop training materials and courses.
• Train personnel through formal classroom courses workshops seminars and in the field.
• Ensures the execution of the demonstration or task is being conducted correctly and within the standards of the training plan.
• Provide input to the after action reports and hot washes.
• For field training specialists will require the military functional skills relevant to the task order and is capable of operating in environmental conditions (heat dust cold humidity etc.).
• Knowledgeable in government and/or military applications/equipment that may be associated with this task.
• Must have an extensive background in GCSS-A to help standardize our operations throughout the Surface Maintenance Management (SMM) and assist shops and units as needed.
• Draw input from the Systems Analysts Training Specialists Maintenance and Logistics personnel.
• Possess knowledge of Training Management Property Book Management Logistics Management Maintenance and Repair Parts Management.
• Possess a background and experience in training
• Supply and maintenance training and data mining techniques with individuals and groups Microsoft Teams and in person over-the shoulder sessions using GCSS-Army Parts tracker.
• Must implement Department of Defense Training and Doctrine policies.
• Maintain contact with appropriate service training and doctrine commands and agencies to ensure that the training meets the needs of the service.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Travel: 30 %
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• Senior - At a minimum should have twelve (12) or more years of training experience and a high school diploma or GED. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described in the task order. A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and seven (7) years training experience may be used in lieu of the above stated requirements.

Physical Job Requirements:

• Able to travel / TDY.

Desired Skills:

• Deep understanding of GCSS-A Training Maintenance Property Management Repair Parts of Army equipment to include Air and Missile Defense Systems (AMD) such as Avenger Weapon System and associated equipment.
