AWS WWSO Worldwide Specialized Organization Strategy & Operations team Specialist Operation Center is seeking a Workflow Automation Analyst to partner with Go to Market GTM teams and Operations stakeholders to continually evolve and automate mechanisms using tools and systems such as Python R SQL Excel and internal applications. This includes working with Specialized Sales Operations Leads to develop implement and manage business processes systems reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives. This role will operate in a data rich environment and leverage a vast array of front-end and back-end data sources to build innovative solutions to operational challenges presented by our stakeholders in Specialized Sales.

AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
- Experience with automation tools and technologies with an understanding on capabilities and limitations across different tools
- Basic programming and scripting skills such as Python JavaScript or VBA to build automations and integrations
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel Tableau AWS Quicksight or PowerBI
- Experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce and familiarity with integration and API across common business applications
- Experience analyzing and documenting workflows identify challenges and map out opportunities for automation
- 5 years of finance business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company
- Experience with GenAI tooling and capabilities with an understanding of different AI tools and functions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
