Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Provide accurate quotes for medical supplies based on client needs.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
Track and follow up on orders deliveries and service requests.
Resolve any customer issues or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and notes in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and resolve challenges.
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in account management or customer service.
