Now Hiring: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Schedule: 1st Shift
Starting Pay: $21 per hour
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and become a key part of a fast-paced operation that values safety precision and teamwork. This is a hands-on position working directly on the warehouse floor supporting production and logistics around heavy machinery. Key Accountabilities:
Perform sorting stacking cleaning washing stocking and inspecting of cartons pallets or parts to support operations
Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing required paperwork
Operate cranes forklifts and other material handling equipment to move or deliver stock
Support machine operators with various tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform general clean-up duties
Ensure all equipment is in proper working order; report any issues to Supervisor or Lead immediately
Train others when required
Actively participate in and support health safety quality and Lean initiatives
Work in a physically active role on or around heavy machinery
Demonstrate and uphold TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read write and perform basic math
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills with proficiency beyond a beginner level
Ability to use and understand scanning technology
Safety-focused mindset
Previous warehouse experience
Ability to use hand-held measuring tools
