- Lead the international roll-out and continuous improvement of our AI voice bot to significantly enhance customer service efficiency and quality.
- Scale and optimize our AI chatbot ensuring its successful deployment across international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our existing customer service infrastructure.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for conversational AI products aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive data-driven improvements and innovations.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in conversational AI and telephony services
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in product management specifically in conversational AI or related fields.
- Strong understanding of telephony services with experience in solutions like Twilio for building call flows with multiple queues.
- Solid understanding and/or experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications for conversational AI.
- Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and drive decision-making.
- Experience in international product roll-outs and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
