Job Description
- Salary Range: $69543 - $71256 Salary Packaging (up to $18550) and 17.5% Leave Loading on annual leave
- Permanent Full Time position based at Mosman Park
We have an amazing HR team and we are looking for someone who is fun dynamic and likes a fast-paced and diverse environment. Reporting to the Manager Human Resources the Recruitment Officer provides a pivotal service ensuring our workforce has the right people in the right roles at the right time.
What you need to do
Business Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers department heads to understand job requirements identify talent gaps and ensure successful onboarding processes.
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open positions across multiple disciplines.
Candidate Screening: Critically evaluate resumes conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Employment Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Rocky Bays employer brand and promote our organisational culture values and employee value proposition.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws regulations and internal policies while maintaining accurate and comprehensive recruitment records and metrics.
