Job Description:
- Reports to: Key Account and Sales Manager
- Location: Taipei Taiwan
Primary Function/Objective:
Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets and keep management informed on market conditions competitive situations and all activities.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and establish effective territory call cycle and objectives.
- Report competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management.
- Manage expenses to maximize profitability.
- Present specialized sales calls using professional sales and negotiation skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers colleagues and distributors.
- Cooperate with team members to improve efficiency and implement promotional campaigns.
- Support overall business unit objectives and perform special projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferably in business or biotechnology
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with 1-2 years in sales force management preferably with an MNC; with self paid experience is a great plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage budgets and execute marketing plans
