Arrival Concierge

• Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage
• Exercise care and responsibility when parking guest vehicles. Follow procedures set out in manual.
• Ensure arrivals report with VIPs highlighted on the valet desk
• Effective communication to the porter and reception team on guests arrivals.
• Clean and maintain hotel public areas including driveway front entrance car park & lobby.
• Co-ordinate guest transportation to and from airport where required.
• Valet parking guest vehicles with assistance of porter team.
• All guest property in storage long or short term duly documented and cared for.
• Assist porter/concierge if needed
