Job Description
Main Purpose:
To plan and execute direct marketing and sales activities to maintain and develop sales in the Latvian paint market in accordance with agreed business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and EBIT growth targets in Latvia.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for both Consumer and Professional segments.
- Collaborate with Baltic management and participate in the Commercial Council to align regional objectives.
- Maintain and develop organizational culture values and reputation in its markets and with all staff customers suppliers partners and regulatory/official bodies.
- Plan and direct the companys activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance quality culture and legislative adherence.
- Coordination of the sales secretaries warehouse and accounting staff.
