We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible to drive the Marketing Technology (Martech) stack for AF Marketing team. The candidate will focus on building reporting tools and automation campaigns to fuel AF growth.
This candidate will influence and drive functional teams from sales product and marketing. Responsibilities will include lifecycle marketing program creation reporting email campaigns adapt it based on specific marketplace dynamics.

Key job responsibilities
Develop tools and capabilities to enable full funnel marketing attribution and improve our lead scoring process in Salesforce.
Own Email campaign roadmap. From design to execution via Pardot the candidate will generate leads but also nurture them across channels in order to improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with team of software developers to develop and manage website backend
Manage marketing quality dashboards and spearhead lead generation machine learning tool from website traffic to Leads forecasting by region.
Manage lead capturing and lead conversion tools like Pardot Marketo and Salesforce.
Create a roadmap of marketing lifecyle programs to accelerate funnel across all customer stages. From Lead Onboarded stage to attrited stage.
Manage lead capturing and lead conversion tools like Pardot Marketo and Salesforce.
Measure the effectiveness of Email campaigns utilising A/B testing
Build maintain and optimize the marketing technology stack that improves and scales overall marketing function effectiveness performance and use journey
Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Technical: (a) Experience with reporting and automation in Salesforce. (b) Experience of automation and workflows in Marketing Automation systems (Pardot Marketo HubSpot etc.)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Experience with Lifecycle marketing campaigns and workflows.
