About the Role:
Lead the way in delivering a warm exceptional customer journey that embodies Canadian hospitality. Build lasting client relationships drive a culture of engagement and represent Canada Goose through exciting community and local partnerships. Solve challenges creatively and coach your team to deliver top-notch service every day.

Operational Excellence:

Hit and exceed sales targets by analyzing performance metrics and implementing action plans. Partner with Store Management to ensure your team has the resources to succeed.
About You:
35 years leadership experience in retail luxury brands a plus
Skilled in guest relationship management and retail analytics
Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
Strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills

Microsoft Office proficiency extra languages a bonus
