Job Description
Fairmont Spa at Chateau Lake Louise is a beautifully renovated spa that is set to open its doors in February 2024. We are seeking a talented Spa Experience Concierge to join our opening team. If you are passionate about guest service eager to be a part of something special and ready to contribute to the success of a premier spa we want to hear from you.
Pay Rate: $20.03/hour
What you will be doing:
- Strictly enforce the privacy and confidentiality of guest information
- Act as a representative of The Spa and be knowledgeable of all spa services
- Complete reservations check-in and check-out procedures accurately with service excellence
- Assist with linen stocking laundry and spa cleaning
- Adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress appearance language and lifestyle
- Demonstrate pride in work by creating positive energy team work excitement and fun
- Reiterate home care recommendations and close retail sales
- Communicate with all other departments within Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise to ensure effective and efficient management of operations
Qualifications :
- 2 years of Spa Hospitality Guest Service and/or Retail Sales experience preferred
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Possess passion and natural inclination for Guest Service and Health and Wellness
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literacy and previous reservation software and POS experience an asset
- First Aid certificate (including CPR) an asset
- Able to stand and walk throughout shift
Additional Information :
Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
