Spa Attendant (essential functions):
- Helps ensure a 5-star experience for all our guests
- Always has a smile ready for our guests
- Is skilled at multi-tasking to manage laundry relaxation area and changing rooms simultaneously.
- Ensures clean fresh laundry is always available for guests and service providers
- Understands the tools and products necessary to provide the freshest laundry in the spa industry.
- Helps provide a well-appointed and serene relaxation area for guests
- Ensures a spotless well-stocked restroom and service room
- Has a keen attention to detail is tidy and organized
- Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
- Communicates frequently with the sales and leadership team to meet and exceed all expectations
- Is flexible and is available to work evenings and weekends
Walking across spa multiple times during shift

- High Volume Spa hours including nights and weekends
