The role
The Team Leader Workforce Services is responsible for leading a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver high-quality services. With a strong foundation in HR and systems experience the position oversees advisory support process improvements and service partnerships while embedding a customer-first approach. The role demands strategic thinking leveraging internal platforms to streamline operations developing and elevating corporate templates and ensuring our knowledge base is effectively built and maintained. Driving continuous improvement managing escalated issues and aligning service partnerships are central to success in this role.
To thrive in this role youll be able to hit the ground runningtriaging and identifying knowledge gaps optimising service delivery processes and enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative tools and frameworks. Leading the service channel strategy ensures operations run smoothly while your engagement with stakeholders fosters alignment in service expectations. The role strengthens both immediate service efficiency and long-term strategic outlook ensuring teams are equipped to deliver accurate consistent and effective advisory services.

What you will bring to the role:
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design implement and refine service delivery frameworks for long-term efficiency.
- Expertise in HR systems and service channels ensuring seamless process integration and knowledge management.
- Ability to triage service requests identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Expert communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Proven leadership qualities including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals.
- Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process fostering collaboration and buy-in.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcome
What is an essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or related discipline or relevant equivalent experience
- Shared Services experience with service delivery experience in an HR Operations environment
