Overview
Were seeking a skilled and passionate Cardio Diagnostics Manager to lead a vital clinical function within our expanding healthcare team. Located in the charming town of Paris Texas this position is ideal for an experienced cardiac sonographer or clinical leader seeking a high-quality lifestyle with lower cost of living and easy access to Dallas.
What Youll Do

Lead and manage the operations of the Cardio Diagnostic Services department

Perform and oversee diagnostic testing of the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems

Collaborate with physicians to support accurate diagnosis and patient care

Maintain departmental performance improvement and CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) standards

Assist in budget formulation and ensure resource optimization

Supervise and mentor clinical staff ensuring excellence in service and compliance

Perform hands-on echocardiographic procedures when needed
Required Qualifications
12 years of ultrasound experience in echocardiography
RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) certification preferred; registry required within 14 months of hire
Current BLS certification
At least 3 years of prior experience in department-level management
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications
ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
