Job Description
Job Title: Full-Time Dentist
Location: Leavenworth KS (On-site)
Compensation: $150000 $200000 annually (Relocation assistance signing bonus negotiable)
Schedule: Full-time onsite only
Relocation: Full relocation package offered
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to a unique and underserved patient population within a secure and professionally rewarding environment. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role ideal for a mission-driven provider who is committed to improving patient outcomes and oral health education.
You will have full support from trained staff and the opportunity to create lasting impact through both preventative and restorative careall while enjoying a stable work schedule competitive compensation and relocation support.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver routine and emergency dental services including cleanings fillings extractions dentures and root canals (anterior and premolars)

Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

Supervise and train subordinate dental staff as needed

Maintain strict compliance with safety sanitation and infection control procedures

Keep thorough and timely dental records and documentation

Collaborate with medical staff and specialists for coordinated care

Manage dental inventory tools and medication control

Support operational and budgetary planning for the dental program

Maintain a safe respectful and legally compliant environment at all times
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry

Licensed Dentist in the state of Kansas (or ability to transfer licensure)

Minimum 1 year of general dentistry experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a secure or institutional healthcare setting

Must be at least 18 years of age
