Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service & Maintenance Dispatcher for our client a reputable company specializing in HVAC custom metal design and service. As a part of their dynamic team you will be offered comprehensive benefits including medical dental vision 401k and PTO. This role is integral to the companys operations requiring you to create work orders schedule technicians initiate billings and communicate directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage daily work orders
- Coordinate billing and service documentation

Qualifications:
- 2 years of dispatching experience preferably in a commercial service environment
