As the first point of contact for our clients you will be responsible for handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills a knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications including CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
