Senior Bid Manager - Energy Sector | Ireland
We're looking for a Bid Manager to oversee the end-to-end tender process for energy and infrastructure projects across Ireland. In this role, you'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling bids that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the tender process
- Developing pricing models and proposal strategies
- Coordinating input from engineering, legal, finance, and procurement teams
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Identifying market opportunities and risks
- Opportunity to build a bid, proposal and tendering team
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years' experience in bid/tender/project management (preferably in energy/utilities)
- Strong commercial and technical understanding of infrastructure or renewable projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Irish/EU markets and energy regulations
- Ready to play a key role in shaping future energy projects in Ireland
