Sales Representative
Remote Open to candidates in South Africa
Monday to Friday EST Hours
$1500 $1800 USD/month DOE Commissions

Who We re Looking For
We re on the hunt for a driven confident Sales Rep with a hunter mentality who s ready to thrive in a high-volume fast-paced sales environment. You ll be selling powerful digital marketing solutions and must be someone who owns the full sales cycle start to close with energy professionalism and urgency .
Even though you ll have access to a lead database and appointment setters this is not a hand-holding role. You need to be sharp proactive and comfortable working independently while hitting ambitious goals.

What You ll Be Doing
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach pitch close repeat
- Hit and exceed your monthly KPIs and revenue goals
- Follow up and nurture leads provided by our internal team
- Consult clients on the best-fit digital marketing solutions
- Keep your pipeline updated and organized in our CRM
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sale handoff
- Look for upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize value
What You Bring
- 4 years of experience in sales with at least 2 in digital marketing
- Excellent English (C1 with clear confident communication
- Strong understanding of transactional fast-paced sales
- Self-sufficient results-driven and adaptable under pressure
- Growth-minded proactive and motivated by success
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Looking to build a stable long-term career with a supportive team
