We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Manager to lead global accounting operations with a focus on revenue forecasting cost analysis and financial reporting. This role will oversee critical areas including standard costing manufacturing variances R&D operating expenses and capital investments. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to financial systems strong analytical capabilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams and global accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the global standard cost system including variance analysis and support for operational issues.
Lead the forecasting and budgeting of manufacturing variances departmental spend capital expenditures and R&D Opex using Adaptive planning tools.
Supervise a team of two and collaborate closely with the Singapore accounting group to support month-end and year-end close including revenue rebates RMAs and deferred revenue.
Review reconciliations and manage Oracle processes for ship & debit and gross margin reporting.
Manage direct and distributor customer agreements and ensure proper financial treatment.
Drive process automation and system improvements in Oracle and related IT platforms.
Support global accounts receivable credit management and collections.
Lead the adoption and implementation of new accounting standards.
Ensure timely delivery of all internal and external financial reports.
Oversee quarterly reviews and the annual external audit process.
Maintain documentation and testing protocols for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Assist with ad hoc financial reporting analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial operations.
Experience in the semiconductor industry and standard cost systems preferred.
Proven ability to lead projects solve complex problems and manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and geographies.
Hands-on expertise with enterprise financial systems preferably Oracle and advanced Excel proficiency.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines.
The annual base pay range for this position is $114474 to $168596.
