Salary: $140000 - $160000 (Base Commission)

HireNow Staffing is hiring 4 high-performing Outside Industrial Sales Representatives for a leading industrial solutions provider in Midland TX. If you have a passion for building client relationships driving sales and working with energy oil & gas or industrial customers this role is for you.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and grow new and existing client relationships in the industrial sector

  • Promote and sell equipment products and services to meet customer needs

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and order fulfillment

  • Track pipeline activity and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • 3 years of industrial oil & gas or equipment sales experience

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated with strong territory management experience

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region
