HireNow Staffing is hiring 4 high-performing Outside Industrial Sales Representatives for a leading industrial solutions provider in Midland TX. If you have a passion for building client relationships driving sales and working with energy oil & gas or industrial customers this role is for you.
What Youll Do:

Develop and grow new and existing client relationships in the industrial sector

Promote and sell equipment products and services to meet customer needs

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and order fulfillment

Track pipeline activity and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

3 years of industrial oil & gas or equipment sales experience

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with strong territory management experience

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region
