Conduct tax due diligence and assess risks for potential acquisitions
Structure tax-efficient transactions and integrations
Collaborate with legal finance and external advisors on deal execution
Analyze the impact of federal state and international tax regulations on deal structures
Support post-deal integration compliance and reporting
Qualifications:
CPA or JD (preferred)
5 years of experience in M&A tax (public accounting or corporate environment)
Strong technical knowledge of federal tax and transactional structuring
Excellent analytical research and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and cross-functional teams
