We are seeking a hands-on Technology Manager to oversee local IT operations at our manufacturing subsidiary while ensuring alignment with corporate IT policies. This role involves managing IT infrastructure cybersecurity and production-related technology providing both strategic IT leadership and hands-on technical support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing IT environments ensuring seamless technology integration to support both office and production operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of IT experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN VPN VLANs TCP/IP firewalls Wi-Fi).
Experience with Windows Server Active Directory Office 365 and cloud solutions.
Strong troubleshooting project management and vendor management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
IT certifications (CompTIA Network Security Cisco CCNA Microsoft or equivalent).
Experience with SQL databases PowerShell or Python scripting.
Familiarity with IT compliance standards (ISO 27001 NIST CMMC GDPR etc.).
