DEPARTMENT: ACCESS AND ACCOMMODATION OFFICE
SALARY RANGE: $15.00-17.89 per hour
FLSA: Non-Exempt
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Director of Access and Accommodation Office
SCHEDULE DETAILS: Part-time (not to exceed 19.5 hours per week). To comply with the colleges academic integrity policy current OTC students are not eligible for this position.
Position Summary
The Part-time Proctor-Reader-Scribe ensures the integrity of all exam processes in the Accommodated Testing Center. They will assist students taking exams with approved accommodations serving as a reader and scribe. The Proctor also assists in the daily general operations of the Access and Accommodation Office as needed.

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard classroom or office setting with frequent interruptions and distractions. Requires extended periods of time within a classroom or laboratory that may include viewing computer monitors and remaining stationary or manipulating lab equipment and navigating in limited space.
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a classroom or office setting; to remain stationary or sit for prolonged periods of time; to lift carry push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (may utilize aids); to operate laboratory and office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Specific abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to hear conversation.
