About This Role
Join Serra Saginaw as our Marketing Coordinator and become the driving force behind our community presence and brand visibility. Working directly with our Senior Director of Marketing and Automotive Vendor Partners this multifaceted role combines creative marketing community engagement and strategic brand management across our three locations.
Community Engagement & Events
Lead community outreach initiatives and represent Serra Saginaw at local events
Develop and execute grassroots marketing strategies to strengthen our local presence
Serve as primary liaison with the Chamber of Commerce building valuable partnerships
Plan and coordinate both customer-facing and employee events
Brand & Content Management
Maintain and distribute branded materials and promotional items
Create compelling graphics videos banners and promotional content for sales service specials and OEM events
Oversee all marketing assets including video and photo content
Coordinate with vehicle photography vendors to ensure 10-30 high-quality photos for all inventory
Manage website updates and compliance across all platforms
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Maintain active presence across all social media platforms (Google Business Profile Facebook YouTube TikTok Instagram LinkedIn LinkTree)
Ensure consistent engaging content that reflects our brand values
Collaborate with sales team on marketing asset utilization and participation
Administrative Excellence
Manage manufacturer Co-Op submissions maintain funding records and provide monthly reports
Coordinate employee recognition contests and awards programs
Prepare comprehensive daily weekly and monthly marketing reports
Work with HR and the Controller on employee photography for website updates
What Were Looking For
Experience & Skills:
Proven background in marketing community outreach and event planning
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Proficiency in graphic design video editing and social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
