Job Summary
The Production Manager - Cake willlead daily operations in our cake production facility. This role is responsible for managing production processes driving continuous improvement ensuring inventory and sanitation accuracy and smooth production.
As a key leader on our team youll coordinate cross-functional operations develop and motivate team members optimize production scheduling and help drive product innovationall while maintaining a strong focus on quality safety and cost efficiency.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Manage budgets inventory and capital improvement projects.
- Lead and coach production teams fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Collaborate with purchasing and R&D to refine raw material sourcing and support product development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications
- 2 years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing setting (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in plant operations and business systems.
- Willingness to work overtime and perform physical tasks as needed.
