This role sits at the intersection of talent strategy technology and business transformation. TheSr. Manager Talent Acquisition Project Managementwill be responsible for overseeing project governance managing multiple workstreams and ensuring the timely and effective deployment of high-impact TA strategies and technologies globally. Working at the intersection of project management process innovation and TA transformation this leader will collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence HR Service Providers IT Change Management & Communications and Continent TA teams to ensure initiatives are aligned outcomes are measurable and solutions are scalable.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Project Management or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
- 5 years of project management experience ideally in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven success managing large-scale cross-functional projects in a global or matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex deployments to large diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with the ability to operate in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
- Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations and reporting.
- Bias for action a collaborative spirit and continuous improvement.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Project Leadership Execution & Governance
- Lead the end-to-end execution of global TA projects from initiation and planning through delivery and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to define project scope business requirements success metrics and implementation plans.
- Drive success of TA and broader HR initiatives through effective project governance and disciplined execution.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines milestones and resource allocations across complex initiatives.
- Present regular project updates to senior stakeholders escalating risks and decision points as needed.
- Facilitate meetings workshops and working sessions to align project teams and drive decision-making.
- Coordinate with Change Management & Communications and Learning teams to align deployment strategies and messaging.
Workstream Management
- Oversee day-to-day activities across multiple project workstreams ensuring alignment with program objectives and deadlines.
- Facilitate collaboration across HR TA and IT functions ensuring smooth coordination of cross-discipline activities.
- Monitor risks issues and dependencies; proactively drive resolution and accountability.
- Prepare for and support key leadership meetings and decision-making forums ensuring clarity on actions owners and next steps.
Technology & Process Implementation
- Support the implementation of TA technologies and systems collaboration with HRIS IT and vendor partners.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing go-live readiness change management and post-launch reviews.
- Track adoption performance metrics and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements and future rollouts.
Experience Design & Deployment Support
- Partner with TA strategy experience design and communications teams to ensure initiatives are informed by candidate recruiter and hiring manager feedback.
- Facilitate deployment planning and communication strategies across continents and stakeholder groups.
- Lead the coordination of continent engagement meeting management documentation and follow-through on key deliverables.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Use data to track project progress and effectiveness ensuring delivery of outcomes that drive value and business impact.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes reduce complexity and enhance the overall efficiency of TA operations.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across global teams.
What This Role Is Not
- Not responsible for day-to-day recruiting or operational execution of hiring activities.
- Not a systems administrator role; technical support configuration and maintenance are managed by HRIS and IT teams.
- Not limited to one technology or platform; this role spans the end-to-end TA experience and tech stack.
- Not a tactical-only role; the focus is on delivering strategic outcomes through disciplined execution.
The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $85.19 per hour.
