About the job:
Our client is a leading private healthcare provider in Sri Lanka with a legacy of over 80 years of trusted service. Renowned for clinical excellence and compassionate care our client offers a comprehensive range of medical and surgical services backed by advanced diagnostics modern infrastructure and a team of highly qualified healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits in the Hospital and Laboratories as per the annual audit plan.
- Communicate internal audit findings in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Make recommendations to improve internal controls and governance processes of the organization.
- Ensure legal and statutory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 03 years experience in handling internal audits at a reputed audit firm.
- A degree in Finance/Accounting or part qualification in ACCA/CA.
- Up-to-date knowledge in auditing standards procedures laws rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical presentation and organizing skills. Required to travel within Colombo and suburbs as and when required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
