What youll be doing
As a Workforce Planning Labour Cost & Compensation Specialist youll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and optimising our labour cost management as we continue to scale. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Drive workforce planning processes By providing insights and analytics to align with strategic business objectives especially critical during our scale-up phase.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance To identify workforce needs and proactively address gaps or opportunities.
Develop and enhance the labour cost model To ensure accurate forecasting budgeting and controlling of personnel expenses.
Perform regular analysis and reporting On labour cost drivers highlighting insights trends and improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders.
Support compensation processes Including annual salary reviews job levelling and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
Participate in benefits administration By managing vendor relationships and supporting employee inquiries and communications.

3-4 years of relevant experience In workforce planning and labour cost management within a structured HR department.
Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes With the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance and Controlling functions.
Proven ability to interpret numbers Within the broader context of business priorities team dynamics and organisational design.
Excellent analytical organisational and problem-solving skills To deliver actionable insights.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships across functions with a strong cooperative and collaborative attitude.
A passion for fintech digital innovation and user experience To contribute to our mission of shaping the future of money.
