What youll be doing

As a Workforce Planning Labour Cost & Compensation Specialist youll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and optimising our labour cost management as we continue to scale. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:

• Drive workforce planning processes By providing insights and analytics to align with strategic business objectives especially critical during our scale-up phase.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance To identify workforce needs and proactively address gaps or opportunities.

• Develop and enhance the labour cost model To ensure accurate forecasting budgeting and controlling of personnel expenses.

• Perform regular analysis and reporting On labour cost drivers highlighting insights trends and improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders.

• Support compensation processes Including annual salary reviews job levelling and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

• Participate in benefits administration By managing vendor relationships and supporting employee inquiries and communications.

• 3-4 years of relevant experience In workforce planning and labour cost management within a structured HR department.

• Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes With the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance and Controlling functions.

• Proven ability to interpret numbers Within the broader context of business priorities team dynamics and organisational design.

• Excellent analytical organisational and problem-solving skills To deliver actionable insights.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships across functions with a strong cooperative and collaborative attitude.

• A passion for fintech digital innovation and user experience To contribute to our mission of shaping the future of money.
