Job Description
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
Oversee PF fund accounting for Govt. EPFO ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Administer PF contributions withdrawals transfers and loans while ensuring timely compliance.
Monitor EPF Act 1952 and other labor laws to ensure statutory adherence.
Conduct internal audits and compliance checks identifying and resolving gaps proactively.
Act as the primary point of contact for EPFO auditors and legal authorities.
Implement and monitor process and controls to proactively address employee queries and Escalations if any
Periodic reporting of status Track and interpret PF legislative changes amendments and government circulars.
Conduct training sessions with Stakeholders & Employees on PF policies and benefits.
Update company policies and SOPs in alignment with the latest PF regulations
Set up and lead PF service centre to provide support and resolution to employees and ex-employees on their PF related queries and concerns
Track report and handle sensitive and aggrieved cases of PF transfer or withdrawal by keeping all concerned stakeholders ; employee/ex-employees government officials and management updated

The Role
As a Senior Payroll Specialist with Worleyyou will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
An EPF Compliance Specialist in India is responsible for ensuring that an organization adheres to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Act 1952 Employee Pension Scheme1995 Employee Deposit Linked Insurance Plan ( EDLI) and other relevant labor laws.
Their role involves managing PF operations handling regulatory compliance coordinating with consultants and authorities and timely management of all stakeholders.
This role ensures end to end compliance of Provident Fund (PF) operations.
This role involves overseeing ensuring statutory compliance handling regulatory notices and maintaining seamless coordination between management employees consultant and authorities.
This role would lead the PF service center to manage any complicated prolonged and sensitive cases of PF transfers for current and ex-employees.
The incumbent will work closely with the PF Consultant government officials (EPFO) and other key stakeholders within and outside Worley to ensure timely turnaround of all PF claims transfers and related actionable including communicated with impacted employees/ex-employees and Management.
