What Youll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Guide users through solutions and troubleshoot simple technical issues
- Ensure each customer has a positive and professional experience
- Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction
- Keep clear records of interactions using internal systems
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
- Already based in Athens Greece
- Eligible to work in Greece (EU passport or valid permit)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
