This is a rare opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to gain exposure to the pricing tools data analytics and pricing strategies of all the syndicate teams across the Lloyds market. Working alongside four pricing actuaries you will be involved in projects focused on pricing capability improvement data tools development and the documenting of pricing methodologies.
In this market facing role you will support the team in liaising with syndicates to understand challenge assess and where needed intervene with the aim of delivering sustainably profitable performance.
You will work closely with the Syndicate Performance team and the Class Underwriting Performance and Solutions team and have the opportunity to collaborate and engage with the others in the Corporation the LMA and beyond.
You will need knowledge of actuarial pricing techniques and statistical techniques as well as experience of data visualisation and analytics tools. We are looking for the desire to learn everything around how pricing capability and underwriting performance is measured and analysed.
Study support towards the IFoA qualification is available if desired.
