Job Description
As a Laborer at Ledcor youll help with excavation grading trenching concrete work and more. Youll work alongside a supportive crew gain valuable hands-on experience and play a key role in getting the job done right.

Essential Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties to support heavy civil construction activities including excavation grading and site preparation
Assist with tasks such as trenching concrete work and material handling
Accurately complete daily production logs and other required documentation
Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew members supervisors and subcontractors
Promote a culture of safety and productivity by following all company client and regulatory safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
Prior experience in heavy civil construction or related labor work is preferred
Basic understanding of construction site safety practices; OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced physically demanding environment
Must be able to pass pre-access onboarding requirement including Drug and Alcohol screening background check clean driving record and valid drivers license
Work Conditions:
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting standing bending climbing lifting (up to 50 pounds) working at heights and in all types of weather conditions (rain snow heat etc.)
This is a site-based position that will require travel
