Job Description
As a Hardscape Laborer you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of outdoor structures and surfaces such as patios walkways retaining walls and stonework. This role requires physical stamina attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and installation of hardscape features including pavers stone brick and concrete.

Operate hand and power tools (saws compactors mixers etc.) safely and effectively.

Load and unload materials tools and equipment on job sites.

Grade and level work areas for proper water drainage and structural integrity.

Follow site plans blueprints or verbal instructions from the foreman or crew leader.

Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.

Work outdoors in various weather conditions and on physically demanding tasks.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in hardscaping masonry or general landscaping preferred.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding labor for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of landscape construction tools and techniques.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
