The Renewals Team at Pendo is dedicated to driving customer retention and maximizing recurring revenue by managing the end-to-end renewal process. This role is focused on supporting our Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment working closely with Customer Success Sales and Professional Services to ensure a seamless and scalable customer experience. The ideal candidate will not only manage renewals but also help identify opportunities to automate and streamline renewal workflows contributing to efficiency and growth at scale.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of many compensation benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Raleigh NC is $75000 - $92000 OTE (70/30 split)
Individual pay rate decisions including offers made within and over the expected salary range are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
