This position will focus on purchasing materials for Trews Customer Experience spare parts inventory (CXO). In addition to this individual will monitor stock levels of CXO inventory and materials. This position will also assist the Parts Team with daily tasks and customer support as needed. Responsibilities - Purchase inventory/materials needed to fill CXO parts orders and stock
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers on inventory/materials
- Create Transfer Orders for materials needed for CXO parts orders that are in stock at other locations (FFD MKE) and work with the various teams to ensure materials arrive at the CXO site within a timely manner
- Correspond with vendors as needed for updates on pricing lead times tracking info and expediting orders as needed. Enter updates into system as required.
- Add purchase pricing lead times and vendors as needed in Netsuite
- Update sell pricing on items in Netsuite when new purchase prices are entered and conduct spare parts pricing analysis by researching the market
- Follow up with Vendors on past due POs and revise ETAs in the system
- Assist the Parts Team as needed with:
- Creation of customer RSPLs for system jobs
- Customer RMAs. Verify legitimacy of RMA requests by checking system warranty dates requesting pictures of failed materials from the customer when needed creating RMA and replacement material sales orders in Netsuite and corresponding with customers on lead times for replacement materials
- Monitoring the parts queue for general parts inquiries and responding to customers in a timely manner

- 3 years of customer support experience
- Proficient with MS Excel and Outlook
Additional Skills: (can be trained) - ERP knowledge (Netsuite is a plus
- MRP knowledge
- Knowledge of industrial/material handling systems
- Manufacturing Purchasing knowledge preferred
- Aptitude for process documentation/continuous improvement
