About you:
3 years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing communications community engagement or a related field.
Strong understanding of developer infrastructure particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.
Skilled at crafting clear authentic content tailored to a technical audience across various formats (social blogs documentation etc.).
Proven ability to ideate test and iterate on content and distribution strategies based on performance data.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a strong sense of brand voice.
Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and ability to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment.
About the role:
The Content Manager will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy designed to elevate brand visibility and engage our developer audience. This role is responsible for end-to-end content development from ideation to distribution ensuring consistency quality and relevance across all channels. The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with strategic thinking to produce compelling content that drives awareness education and community engagement.
What does success in this role look like
In three months youve hit the ground running fully ramped on the product team and content systems. Youve audited existing assets and channels identified quick wins and begun publishing content that resonates with our developer audience. Youve established a content calendar and are beginning to drive measurable engagement.
In six months youve built a consistent and strategic content engine with a clear cadence across key channels (social blog newsletter etc.) and measurable improvements in engagement traffic and reach. Youve begun experimenting with new formats or channels and have systems in place to track whats working.
In twelve months youre a strategic force behind our brand narrative. Content is not only consistent and high quality its driving real results in brand awareness user growth and community engagement. Youve built internal processes for content planning execution and distribution that scale. Your work is helping position Syndica as a leading authority in the space.
