We are a small dedicated team committed to developing a groundbreaking AI recruiter. As a founding full-stack engineer youll be part of a group of innovative thinkers who enjoy tackling complex challenges. We primarily use Python and Express and we seek someone who is passionate about coding experimenting and iterating quickly. Ideal Candidate
Seniority:
5 years of experience of full stack eng experience (staff senior principal level)
Work experience:
Previous experience working 2 years at a successful startup and built a vector database embedding or semantic search system
Education:
- CS Degree from Top University
Hard skills:
- Comfortable working across the full-stack
- Experience in Python (FastAPI concurrency Asyncio)
- Experience in Cloud / DevOps (Azure Kubernetes Docker)
- Great frontend design sense experience in Figma
- w/ Typescript
Tech stack:
- Typescript (Next Node)

Work Schedule:
- In-office 5 days/week in San Francisco one day at home.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop both consumer-facing and enterprise-level software
- Reduce interviewer response times
- Scale our system architecture
- Integrate with clients internal hiring systems
- Visualize interview data efficiently
- Implement new features
- Enhance our conversational AI
- Work closely with a talented team
- Launch impactful products
- Collaborate with co-founders in SF
The product:
Our AI recruiter leverages advanced conversational AI technology. Youll contribute to building an autonomous recruiter capable of sourcing screening and interviewing candidates. Your work will expand our app for recruiters to analyze interview data and develop integrations for enterprise clients.
