As a Customer Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be responsible for handling inquiries resolving issues and providing support to our customers through various channels such as phone email and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Handle incoming calls emails and chats from customers and assist them with their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Proactively seek solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on company policies procedures and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance customer service skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using technology and computer systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and a team player.
